I like number 2:

2 ~ Apparent or possible fraudulent activity by a company or it's officers, with potentially manipulative actions to affect a stock price

except it should read:

2 ~ Apparent or possible fraudulent activity by Ameritrade with potentially manipulative actions to affect a stock price

that would seem more logical to me...LOL
