I'll show you what is a total lack of understanding of NDA's:

I had to sign an NDA (not at my request) for introducing MY CONCEPT of manufacturing Bourdon Tubes out of BMG's and introducing MY CUSTOMER, a manufacturer of Bourdon Tubes, to Liquidmetal.

This is at total odds with the case you make.

REAL LIFE EXAMPLE WITH REAL LIFE LQMT and REAL LIFE WATTS.

Another case can be cited by MA-6 Knife. Miltner-Adams did not seek an NDA to prevent disclosure.

You are absolutely correct. Li’s plans are clearly laid out in his reports for all to SEE and READ.

Whales like Apple who are interested in Liquidmetal would certainly be clamping down with NDA’s. Rinky dink companies like Miltner, not so much. We know Li has been in relationship with Apple and Liquidmetal since 2011. Why would he destroy his relationship with such whales by leaking information. Doesn’t make sense at all.

But there is no doubt that Li is on the move!!
