Sentinel - Ok! First thig is I did not say it was happening NOW ... What I am saying. If I were JF and doing this. I would be SETTING UP a buy back.
1 - let the market fall where it will.
2 - while doing that. Accumilate funds, as much as possable.
3 - He has a number of reports that should be comeing out soon. It IS Possable that a buy back is possable.
4 - So a buyback at a certain time with the accumulation of funds could be appart of the Plan.
5 - HOW MANY resources of funds are we starting to aquire
Using one or many of those sources could be accumulated to a time that allows the OS to be reduced. I never said anything about right this second.

Only JF knows the cash flow.

Sentinel, I would say it's possible if they could work a deal
for a stake with an outside buyer.
Anything is possible.
But I agree the company wouldn't use monies acquired from the
debentures with GGI. Those funds are currently being used
for operating expenses.
The only way I see the company doing a direct buy back
is when they reach a point when there are profits via
positive cash flow from subs, and when they no longer need GGI
to keep the company running.
But I would say we're a long ways off from that scenario.

If he could dilute hundreds of millions or billions of shares for an average price of .005 (no dd on that number just a guess) and buy them all back for .0017 why not? That's free shares with some green on top. Would be an amazing feat for someone that many say is stupid but you never know. I don't know where he would hide all that money but I'm sure it could be done.
