Wayne...It just doesn't make sense from business standpoint. They are diluting to raise operating capital, since they are not profitable. A company doesn't dilute to raise cash to buyback diluted shares. It's simply absurd to think that is going on. No offense.

Who is this Time Being, and why are we always doing things for it?
