Yeah I was wondering the same. I wonder if there are deals in the works that involve Friedman. Other than owning alot of shares why was he appointed to the board of directors? He is not a technology guy so it was not for expertise in that area, but I'm sure he has a lot of business connections.

The other non-technology guy on the board is Robert Nealon. He is an attorney and a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Democratic National Club. I'm sure his government connections had something to do with their deal with County Executives of America.

Thanks for posting this research. This research that you have provided regarding the IGEN Board of Directors (BOD), Robert Friedman has been superb. I was not aware of this in this great of detail as this is another notch of confirmation of the quality of people here that are strongly attached to IGEN. This continues to lead me to believe that they have some very serious plans for a turnaround in my opinion. I think all should read your posts below in great detail:

As for IGEN still being on the OTCQB and needing to maintain the .01 per share minimum bid price requirement, I believe that the company has a plan to ensure that such goal will be achieved without doing a reverse split. It's still premature here with IGEN since companies have been given until June 30, 2020 per the extension granted by OTC Markets before any action of consideration would be taken if such was not met:
