Yeah I was wondering the same. I wonder if there are deals in the works that involve Friedman. Other than owning alot of shares why was he appointed to the board of directors? He is not a technology guy so it was not for expertise in that area, but I'm sure he has a lot of business connections.
The other non-technology guy on the board is Robert Nealon. He is an attorney and a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Democratic National Club. I'm sure his government connections had something to do with their deal with County Executives of America.
