The above excludes the warrant of 729,557,150 shares of Common Stock ... the OS will go up by that amount to approximately 3.2 bil shares.

That's all I've said, and been attacked for it.

Then I asked (and was ignored), why WOULDN'T those warrants be executed?

Only one reason.

Also, you ignored the additional 84 million shares to be converted from Preferred.

So add that in as well going forward.
