If this exercised, VRUS will get additional 4.37 million dollars in cash, but the OS will go up by that amount to approximately 3.2 bil shares.
Essentially, if all warrants are exercised, VRUS will get a total of 5.8 million dollars in cash. Nest got 5 mil, but I am not sure if he includes all above details or if I overlooked something.
