We might well see an 8K by NWBO Monday. I am not certain if it is required in this case or not, but there is a grey area.
The Form-4 has no reason to describe anything other than LP's warrant transaction on the 29M. Any agreement she made with NWBO outside of that is up to NWBO to disclose, not LP.
