Who said it is limited to the first week? It is an answer for a never asked question … CAFC could schedule the oral argument as they want. Does anything prohibit to schedule for Saturday or Sunday? … or for 11 pm? … more likely not … but a OA on Saturday at 11 pm is not likely.
