#270758 RE: postes #270750

JT only pays lip service in saying he will do what is best for
investors. If JT honestly wanted to show support for shareholders,
how about buying some stock on the open market, along with other
officers and BOD members. Taking such actions are paid attention
to by Wall Street. That is one reason why I do not want JT to go
it alone. He really does not want to build a great company, if he
did he would be more careful about his image and not sell stock like
he has, and so many others over the years.

JT should care about his shareholders, his employees, and most
especially patients who would benefit from optimal use of a life
saving drug. If being acquired by BP would insure more patients
would have greater access to the drug (through a larger sales
rep force and a better distribution network) then that should be
the goal. Even NOW, if BP owned AMRN they could use their own
sales reps to sell Vasvepa. Hopefully, JT could integrate those
sales reps with solid results to have a way to join the BP
acquirer.

I can't imagine any BP wanting to partner with AMRN for Europe
if they are given a chance at an outright BO. That would be
the most efficient way to create maximum value for shareholders!
