And I dont say 'No BO'' - or trying to 'make deal with BP' to be stronger 'in every Sense of the Word'.

All I'm saying is that settlement with the 2 generich (Hikma-Reddy) that have caused all the trouble (killing SP fallback) has no meaning - as they opened the door to every other generich - to copy Vascepa.

The protecting patents are 'Removed by judge Du's ruling'. Wonder if they actually realized that - undermining Amarin - they at the same time undermined themselves :)

Only real logic is that Hikma and Reddy - thought they could settle. Winning dont have any real value to them (I now suddenly understand what JT was saying about this yesterday):)
