well it is Friday where most traders wont hold over the weekend and longs are broke trying to articially support the sp. Besides the company has NOTHING but continued dilution propping up their lofty salaries fleecing believers that this PIG doesnt have the virus.

the price is falling because people didn't like this headline:

"Northern Dynasty Announces $8.75 Milion Offering"

This adds shares and so dilutes what the shares are worth

People wonder why mining companies aren't forming a joint venture with NAK, which makes NAK sell shares in order to raise money, and they wonder how many more sales of stock will be happening in the future.

It could be that companies are waiting to see if the mine will be approved and if Trump will be re-elected.
