“conversion price equal to 61% of the lowest trading price during the 15-trading day period prior to the conversion date.” The 39% discount is not even tied to VWAP, it’s tied to the LOWEST trading price, basically making it floorless. Highly toxic indeed!

What you and your buddies forget is that some of the debt you speak of will be able to be cleaned up with extra cash flow from the increased demand in the last 3 months. Gary stated that March was the first profitable month for the company and some notes were re-financed or renegotiated that resulted in 80k increase in monthly cash flow. The reason I invested money here and continue to add dips is because of the future of this company, not the past. Notes and debt are being cleaned up and made manageable and as profits increase with the added fluid sales and long term demand for our products. Hospitals will be one of our largest customers and we are nowhere near saturated in the disinfecting segment. So many more uses by so many non medical related businesses that will need to find a way to keep customers safe. From arenas to playgrounds, from ball parks to restaurants....this world will be changed forever. Know what you own and soon you will realize, the only option here is buy and hold, add when a dip occurs. Good luck.
