I took the share count the company cited on their April 9, 2020 425 filing.

Then I took the market cap listed at the time on Yahoo and divided it by the share price listed at the same time. That was the number I came up with.

Taking the number listed for NWBO - EOD today it's 116.7 million and divided it by $0.1703 EOD price to equal 685,261,304.

I may have divided the market cap by a more updated share price as there is that 15 minute lag. Meaning if I was going by a market cap listed on Yahoo (15 min behind) and looked at Charles Schwab for the share price (no 15 minute lag) then my numbers would have been off. I thought I took the share price from i-hub (which also has a 15 minute lag). Anyhow, the numbers now should be on the same time line. So maybe an extra 236k shares have been issued, or that's just the numbers the figures could be off due to rounding. It certainly doesn't look like there are very many issued, if any, since 4/9.
