Better yet just participate in a dilution at .14

Duffy leaving was a big blow. I think that is the worst possible outcome for shareholders.

It looks like maybe 5 million or so more shares have entered into the market since April 9, 2020.

At that time, there were 685m shares (according to the filing, and now, it looks like there are about 689.7m shares. That's not a particularly large amount, if I'm correct about that number, but it does look like more shares are available than there were available then.
