If your making claims like this, why not answer the question when posed? Why do so many private equities do the same thing? Reverse merge their company into a clean shell with low to no debt?
Simple answer from our side... it’s a whole lot cheaper and quicker to do rather than an IPO... there are people who specialize in taking custodianship of shells cleaning up their financials from years of darkness and then selling those shells to companies looking to reverse merge. Take David Lazar for instance read a little into him.
For your argument... boy I’d hate to have to argue from that side. Tell us why so many companies do it all the time but yet it’s impossible to happen here because they don’t want to give up equity.
