Legit billion dollar companies do not give their equity away to the bagholders of empty stinky pink shell companies. They don’t. It isn’t “cheaper” to give away ownership of your company to people that bought stock that was sold into the O/S long ago and for which the money is long gone. When companies go public through an IPO, they do so to sell stock/equity, raise money, and invest it in growing their business. If the stock has already been sold into the O/S, they got nothing for it, but it instantly becomes an ownership stake. Why on earth would a legitimate business want to give away ownership???
That’s the fairy tale told on the OTC to run pump and dumps and nothing more.
