That was not what you said you read on a website. The 4-day rule was listed and you were concerned with some ambiguity so you called someone who said it's a quarterly requirement only. You listed their phone number.
But this quarterly mention is not on any website I can find. Government or otherwise. If it's not in writing, it doesn't exist someone said to me once.
Can someone help verify in writing. The gov loves to write. Why don't we see it? No thanks, I'm not calling anyone.
