PCTL business is booming according to their Press Releases.

Now they could be lying and that would be against SEC rules.

"Boots on the ground " can confirm many things.

PCTL didn't create the situation presented before them.

They just are making the best of it with the limited resources they have.

Certainly there are no guarantee how this will turn out however they are going full steam ahead.
