I always wonder about cash deals like that.
If they actually occurred or if some other deal was struck that allowed shares to be sold for the money and considered “cash” in the deal. Early o there was a bump up in O/S that came from restricted shares being released. Costello has a number of excuses as to why that happened. And the story changed as it went along.

I guess Stephen Flechner and David Cutler would be the ones with the answer to whether he handed over all $300k in cash.


And then there were stories of Costello investing in other pennystocks that were causing his believers to invest in as well. Up until that COWP and COWPP suspension at least.
That shareholder that set up that website for shareholders trumpeted the deals on the site but quickly pulled off the list when those stocks were suspended.

There doesn't seem to be any proof real cash exchanged hands.
Many times it's a promissory note, or personal stock deal.
It is worded to make people assume cash was used, but I don't believe it.
