Do you have any thoughts on when we will hear about: -FC accepts/reject expedited -When the oral arguments will be scheduled (now or after Amarin files opening briefs?)
Good to know on the new counsel. Let's hope they are up for the battle. I'm really looking forward to the initial briefs being posted so we know how they are going to attack the Du ruling.
raf, I would hate to think that they were saving their "ace in the hole" law firm for an appeal. Makes you wonder why they didn't use Fish again after earlier success? We'll never know that answer. If it was over cheaper hourly rates we would all have a coronary at this point!
