PLA does not rule out Liquidmetal rights to 106c in CE.

Therefore it is still on the table as a possible revenue stream.

And yet the Eontec PLA excludes CE on both sides..

Except, as I understand it, if its "non-patented" such as 106c, it may be a work around...but it is clear that the agreement excludes both sides from CE, yet we see it in use. To me, this feels like deception in many ways... mirrors..

Unfortunately Eontec/CCP/Li's deal with LQMT is subjective in many ways and are using the carefully crafted PLA to their advantage and not LQMT's..

Trust has likely been broken/ruptured - while Rotten Apple stands in line..

I could only imagine if a USA company decided to buy LQMT or put a bid for the company - CCP and Li would fall off their chairs..

Time to demand answers from the CEO on his true intentions, no? When do we as shareholders demand accountability?

Li has been nothing but focused on CCP initiatives...
