Just so you know, your client and his defense team failed to respond by 5:00pm PST today to confirm receipt for Wednesday’s hearing as was required by the Judge. Based on this it appears they will no show Wednesday ‘s hearing and CANN will get a default judgment. Things about to get real here very quickly.
