so the O/S has been increased by 110 million shares by them selling into the market? what they promised as i recall is to not issue any shares over 800 million. i wonder if the 110 million shares they sold were shares sold short at .10 and repurchased at .015? i might be showing my ignorance here, just wondering.

I think Petar is talking out of his a$$. How can he say it would have gone to $1 if the AFs were out on Nov 15th.......but at the same time tell you guys that they sold 110mil shares for 11mil dollars. Why not put the AFs out first and then sell them if they need to but with much less dilution. think about it....they told us Wessal was buying 20% of the OS and they got 25mil dollars that will prevent selling shares, and the NASDAQ is in sight, and the AFs are coming,......but non of it happened and they sold over 100mil shares.
