The A/S is still 800M. I believe the shares they sold were from the 300M allocated for the CCM merger. They also said there are "X" amount of shares still in the treasury. Will try to find out the "X" tomorrow. 190M shares still remain restricted too.
The O/S could be the same since insiders owned a majority and the company had some in the treasury. O/S could still be 500mil but they went from shareholder Captured capital(not sure what they called it but the company and insiders owned more than the O/S), to.....insiders own 482mil shares and non will be sold because they got 25mil cash from Wessal(I don't think so), to....110mil sold for 12mil dollars even though CEO thinks it would have gone to 1$ if the AFs were released.
