If the pandemic is the problem, just come out and say it. Say something get off the bike and do the job. You do know the Coronavirus season will be back this fall? We are in the essential business category known as Healthcare. The pandemic if anything should be an opportunity. Results or Excuses, what's it gonna be? The deal was supposed to be fixed a week ago, just needed a third party sign off. We don't even know who the third party is, or what their problem is. Businesses in our sector are function and operating. She needs to update shareholders now not after the pandemic is over. NO EXCUSES FOR THE SILENCE. She owes us an explanation. Maybe she'll tell Peggy on facebook, what's going on? I believe that's how we found out about the 180 day being a personal goal. JMHO GLTY

I largely agree with your post; there are just a couple of clarifications:

STATEMENT: "The CEO informed us that it was just a personal goal to get the deal(s) signed within 180 days."

CLARIFICATION: The CEO represented a 180-day, multipoint company goal inclusive of all BIEL employees. Read the E & E Communications on January 6th.

The 180-day goals included

#1. multiple major partners
#2. growing revenue
#3. increased shareholder value. See post 222574

The word "Personal" was first added by KW in March, in an attempt to deflect accountability for missing the goals.

STATEMENT: "Is it possible that she's riding her bike for 30 days because the deal's signed and presently on hold? I certainly hope so!"

CLARIFICATION: KW shouldn't be resting even if she landed a client, because she promised all of us that she would deliver multiple major partners, increasing shareholder value and growing revenue. She knows if she has succeeded in reaching these goals, but she is silent.

I know she could be a liar but hope she isn't. The CEO informed us that it was just a personal goal to get the deal(s) signed within 180 days. That has passed and then she informed us that they're still negotiating. Is it possible that she's riding her bike for 30 days because the deal's signed and presently on hold? I certainly hope so! She has also mentioned that she was the only one working in the office. As we all know, we're are dealing with a unprecedented times. This Pandemic has caused many businesses to be shut down across America with some having to have their employees work from home. I believe there's a high probability that CEO and signing partner are going to allow the release of the deal(s) PR as soon as the pandemic's over because they want to time it right. Maybe she's hoping the pandemic's over by the time she finishes her biking, I certainly hope so, as I also hope she isn't a liar. Lets hope this pandemic ends ASAP and businesses are allowed to restart across America. It would be great to see a deal PR released as soon as businesses are allowed to reopen and folks are allowed to shop everywhere again! I know some of this is guessing and wishful thinking but I'm trying to remain positive. Good Luck and have a great day!

Kelly Whelan did say the 180 day deadline was a personal goal, but only after the deadline itself elapsed, to clarify your post.

Before that, she was tweeting that the deadline would be met.

After 5 FDA approvals, no thanks to Kelly Whelan, there is not a single store an ActiPatch could be purchased in, open or closed. The CE Mark is never mentioned, what has that been, 3 years? I'm aware of the pandemic, thank you, but this is going to be going on for a long time.

A real leader and CEO would adapt and overcome. Amazon is soaring, On Easter Sunday I was out for a walk and saw 10 FED-EX trucks. Commerce is happening. Kelly can't make a deal and she lies about it. I have confidence in the product but absolutely zero in management. I would love to throw some money into this, but in my business experience when somebody outs themselves as a liar, you might get lucky and still make money, but it was just luck, and you can't trust luck.
