If Amarin actually filed the appeal yes...jurisdiction is gone...but Amarin only filed notice of appeal. I think actual appeal needs to be filed in 60 days. Motion to reconsider is 10 days of judgement.... Judge can apply rule 60 at any time on her own accord.
