Mikenac, Have you ever read that particular STAT article?
One could say Thero was warned but on another level it
was a veiled threat.
As HDGabor has tried to point out the EMA approval demands
that AMRN will have to decide what to do with Europe. If
JT does a P&D deal that infers he will GIA in the US.
My guess is if JT does not do a friendly BO, a hostile
takeout will be on the agenda. Look at the 324 million
shares traded since Du's decision. Where are those shares
going? My guess is institutions friendly to GS in case
they need that 90% plus vote.
