Nodummy has some things on Bryan Glass - so might pick up where he left off when "James Gilbert" arrived on the scene.
Glass was the custodian in 2015, and because of that, was also the sole officer and director. He would probably have issued a convertible note to himself. The note would have represented control of the shell. He would then have sold the note, or fractions of the note, to the buyer(s) of the shell. The reverse merger took place between early November 2015 and the end of March 2016. The new company didn't bother to offer any details in its OTC Markets disclosure.
Bryan Glass was also custodian of the CRGP shell. He sold it to "Adam Carter" in 2012, though "Carter" claimed he'd acquired the company in 2010. I spoke to Glass in 2015 or early 2016; he was quite helpful.
"James Gilbert" has a photo that looks as if it comes from somebody's IMDb profile.
