That is a false statement. Criminals are working the stock and trying to steal shares. Just a fact. And yes, dilution is a part too. What matters over the long run is if the company executes and executes successfully. Time will tell on that.

The CEO, Conrad Huss is not an ethical individual. He was suspended for 2 years and ordered to pay a fine due to Misrepresenting Material Facts just a few years ago. . How is that not criminal activity?
