In regards to RBNW has he done anything that smacks of criminal activity?

Did you read the case files throughly? And what was involved with the building and possible receivable funds once completed and the company that hired him and marketing materials he was provided by the company that hired him... and what the company that hired him was doing and what would happen once the property was rehabilitated.

There is a but more to it than just blaming him. Dig deep.
