This is a pump and dump scam being run on the carcass of a dead, empty, company that is revoked in the state of incorporation, and absolutely nothing more. It is being flipped by promotion groups that dredge these things up, toss 8K’s in for non-SEC reporting companies with fake information, then leave new bagholders in the wake. “Stephanie Willet” is just a name the group knows that nobody will be able to track down, and the group will play the “prove it is fake” angle trying to divert attention away from their inability to prove that it is real.
