Conceptually, settlement is always viable. But once again, it all gets back to that we are completely in the dark as to each side's settlement position.
So without the facts, it is speculative whether settlement is actually viable in this instance. In my experience, there is always a price, but it is an open question whether there is a price that both sides can accept. But to say that settlement is absolutely not viable at this stage, without knowing all of the facts, is possibly correct, but not a certainty.
