"we have had a setback" is the part I don't like....Understandable of course with the virus, but traders don't have patience for the word "we have had a setback"....
It is such a obvious scam - the company has been Revoked by the Nevada SOS since 2014.
The links to the 3 8-Ks are meaningless - post the Bio of Stephanie Willet so everyone knows who the President is - I contacted Stephanie Willet from Trinity and she had never heard of AVVAA.
AVVH filed a Form 15 in 2009 - so the 8-Ks by definition are fake or fraudulent - it is a old pumper's trick to file a 8-K because novice investors thinks they have more importance.
The 8-Ks were all the same except the names Wang and Zang plus Willet.
And those that believe AVVAA is a real company still haven't provided any facts about the 8-Ks - why wasn't the Bios of those in the 8-Ks provided - because those included are fabricated.
The shell was illegally hijacked because there isn't any court records that shows anyone was granted custodianship of the company.
If anyone buys AVVH stock they deserve to lose their investment - because there are so many Red flags everyone should run from this scam.
