I-Glow, very important here with AVVH...

I've been in some stocks where negative thoughts shared had proven to have merit. I have also been in some stocks to where negative thoughts shared had absolutely zero merit.

Yes, I do agree that if this is a scam, then whoever is behind it should be prosecuted for securities fraud and also with anything else that comes along with it... so you say. To keep making such strong accusations, clearly you must have proof of such so please post it. Heck, whoever is wrong deserves whatever legal action they have coming to them if such is warranted.

Personally, I'm not killing any brain cells for that. I'll let you do that. I know I'm innocent as that's all that I can control. If you learn who's the guilty culprit (if there is a guilty culprit), then please post such here within the forum so we all would know. What's blatantly obvious to you is far from being obvious to me. I'm taking the risk that they are real. You seem to have a hard time respecting people within forums that have investors that do not share the same sentiments as you about a stock.

Have you ever asked yourself this one question...

What if AVVH is not a scam and is very real?

What if the three people ("doctors") within the AVVH 8-Ks below truly are real and do have a plan to make this huge?

I think it's too premature to say that AVVH has been hijacked and that it wasn't done legally. I think we have to first wait to see what they are going to do administratively to get the company organized back on track.

Also, where's the proof that key parties behind the scenes were not in agreement to relinquish control?

No way you know these things and if you do, then please post such or your thoughts are nothing more than everybody else's thoughts... speculation.
