There are bargains everywhere. IMO, they are to be traded until volatility lessens.
Could market go up. Sure. But right now could go either way without a news push.
What happens with DOW 20,700 will be key in answering the issue.

That is right plus the Miners only have the Covid19 market problems where Oil has that and the Oil Price problem.
