They won infringement on the patents that were ruled invalid so they really didn't win anything. Keep pumping lol.

That’s 100% correct. Amarin won infringement. Amarin won the rights to sue for treble damages if ANDA launch at risk. That is a huge win considering the IP wall Amarin has amassed! While the stock is trading here, you might consider doubling down or even tripling down. Bought more yesterday.

next round of appeal, win obvious and lose on induce.
