That’s 100% correct. Amarin won infringement. Amarin won the rights to sue for treble damages if ANDA launch at risk. That is a huge win considering the IP wall Amarin has amassed! While the stock is trading here, you might consider doubling down or even tripling down. Bought more yesterday.

This around: amrn won induce, lost obvious;
next round of appeal, win obvious and lose on induce.
