Why didn’t Amarin settle. 1) they thought they could win 2) they did win infringement 3) small percent of Marine invalidated

Amarin would easily win an injunction to stop at risk launch.

Amarin would easily win treble damages, Amarin won infringement concept and ANDA can’t defeat all Marine IP.

I think this is Amarin strategy, not the way I would have skinned the cat, but they did skin the cat.
