Thanks for the tip, Kiwi. Thorough due diligence means exploring all avenues to get at the truth while objectively evaluating all available facts on the merits. In every case that I have ever handled, I always go where the facts, evidence, and law lead me. I do not take cases to lose them based upon weak facts/evidence.
