No. The ANDA or ANDA’s will all be for just treating trigs over 500. They will make no CV claim. But the scripts will be written or substituted with generics for the CV indication on the sly or not even the sly. Ya could write for V but it gets substituted with hickma’s product. All they need are equivalency studies according to hatch wax man act. They take a few weeks.
