No. Each ANDA is for a specific indication. The REDUCIT patents theoretically protect us from infringement on the CV indication and trigs less than 500....but it’s a paper tiger’s worth of protection. Unless reality changes again by some miracle.

In other words do any new FDA filing have to beat both Marine and Reduce It patents on inducement to infringe?

Nope …. they could carve out MARINE indication (apply for MARINE only).
