Maybe Hi-Lo and anyone else who fought this point, will now understand the use of an 8K.

Revenue impacted negatively (according to Kay)... gets an 8K.

Revenue increase due to all these "deals" through CSI/ACS... nope, don't need an 8K for that scenario.
