Does anyone know when PCTL is going to report 3rd or 4th quarter earnings from last year? Tough to invest in a company that cant stay current and has a STOP SIGN.

Are my eyes playing tricks on me? PCTL has a market cap over $7 Million but their last quarterly report showed $118k in revenue. Seems odd.
