I have never seen a notice of late filing given by any company before the filing deadline. I have no reason to hold Doug as having done something wrong when he's following standard practice.
This whole virus thing is a disaster, especially the way the media/politicians have jumped on it to destroy our economy. The 45 days is reflective of the uncertainty that we're all facing.
