My guess is that the people at the company was in a state of chock - to see 1/3 of the company being sold of' at a fraction of what it is worth.
I truly believe that this was a very well planed Setup - with the Hustlers behind this - out of experience setting/locking the price at 4$ - knowing that that would secure that shares would keep rolling in the tank all day long !
And Boy did they have succes with the Scam - 117 million shares at 4$ it is an absolut steal - worth billions.
And the truth is - even Judge Du's ruling could be reversed this moment - it would not change a thing for the Hustlers. They got away with stealing 1/3 of a great company - that it has taken more than 25 years to build.
It is like something taken out of a Hollywood Movie - except in this case it is for real - and actually very sad to witness' - that 'such thieves' can get away with something like this - without anyone in the world being able to touch them. "They just bought a lot of shares in the open market - not Illegal" !
