But for me, strategy can’t just be appeal on one front and continue business as usual on other. In that scenario they will not get full effort. Even sales reps may have one foot out the door mentality. There is no way to go business as usual.
The strategy I advocate is litigate yes but focus on developing strategically beneficial relationships. (Ie-buyout not partnering)
Leadership needs to innovate here. If they try the same old approach it’s going to be a lot of sideways pps compression
