Excellent summary of the legal procedural options moving forward, Bill B.

I understand moving for a new trial to further drag the process out in terms of delaying generic launch, but that will delay filing and disposition of an Appeal by several months, and would have almost no chance of success. So if I was counsel for Amarin, and if the CEO is truly looking out for the shareholders, I would file the Appeal immediately, and forego a futile motion for a new trial.
