Jesse, what is your counter on Judge Du giving considerable weight in her opinion that the Lovaza PDR contains information, pre AMRN patent date, that POSA makes the basis of the AMRN patent obvious?

Helpful outlining of some key problems with the decision. I think there's some value here regardless of the outcome of an appeal, but the huge win comes with winning an appeal.
