Absolutely right. Although we are lucky that a jury is not involved, there is no witness testimony, and no moving exhibits in and out of evidence. Whatever the post-COVID19 world holds for the legal profession, at least appeals can be dealt with electronically, and oral argument can be done via video conferencing.
